The Union Health Ministry said that 3,230 new Covid infection cases were registered in India in the last 24 hours on Tuesday. At the same time, 32 people have died due to corona in the same period. Due to which the total death toll has increased to 5,28,562.
Apart from this, 4,255 patients have also recovered from the pandemic in the last 24 hours. Due to which the number of infected patients who have been cured has reached 4,40,04,553. In such a situation, India’s recovery rate is 98.72 percent.
Meanwhile, India’s daily positivity rate stands at 1.18 percent, while the country’s weekly positivity rate also currently stands at 1.58 percent.
Also in the same period, a total of 2,74,755 corona tests were conducted across the country, taking the total number to over 89.41 crore.
On Monday, 4,129 Covid-19 cases were registered in the country.
