In the Upgraded Middle School located in Bilaspur under Shri Banshidhar Nagar police station area of ​​Garhwa district of Jharkhand, a student of class VIII threatened the principal of the school by waving a pistol.

On getting information, the police reached the spot and caught the student with a pistol. He is being brought to the police station for questioning.

It was told that on Thursday some students reached the school principal and started creating ruckus demanding payment of the mid-day meal amount. At that time the principal of the school was meeting with the members of the school management committee.

When the principal talked about distribution of the amount after the meeting, one of the students took out a pistol and started threatening him.

This left the teachers present in the school and the members of the school management committee stunned. In the meantime, someone informed the police about it.

As soon as the information was received, the station in-charge Yogendra Kumar reached the school with the team force and took the student waving the pistol and some of his associates into custody. Police is trying to find out from where the student got the pistol.

Explain that in lieu of mid-day meal during the period when the schools were closed during the Covid period, cash amount is being given to the students as per the decision of the government.

The distribution of this amount has been completed in many government schools of the state, while this process is going on in many schools.

The student who threatened him by waving a pistol and his companions were creating a ruckus demanding immediate payment of the same amount.
