Lava introduced its first 5G phone, priced around 10 thousand rupees

Domestic smartphone brand Lava International on Monday launched its first 5G smartphone for its consumers in the country, the Lava Blaze 5G, which is likely to cost around Rs 10,000.

The pre-bookings of the 5G smartphone, which was unveiled at the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2022, will start around Diwali this year.

Sunil Raina, President and Business Head, Lava International Limited, said in a statement, “It has always been our desire to develop an accessible 5G smartphone made in India.

This product will bring next generation 5G technology to Indians at an affordable cost. This is in line with the broader vision of getting it done.”

Raina said, “Lava Blaze 5G is dedicated to every Indian smartphone user who dreams of making their country emerge as the next technological superpower. With the launch of this smartphone, we are making the power of 5G technology accessible to all. Huh.”

For better photography experience and selfies, the smartphone packs a 50 MP AI Triple Rear Camera and an 8 MP Front Camera.

The smartphone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 and features 4GB plus 3GB virtual RAM for high end and leg free user experience and 128GB internal storage. It has a massive 5,000 mAh battery.

Lava Blaze 5G sports a large 6.5-inch HD+ IPS display with Widevine L1 support and 90Hz refresh rate. It also gets the latest security features along with a side mounted ultra-fast fingerprint unlock.
