Bollywood star Madhuri Dixit has bought a luxurious apartment in Lower Parel area of Mumbai for Rs 48 crore. His film ‘Maja Ma’ is all set to release on Amazon Prime on Thursday. The luxurious property is part of the Indiabulls Blue project and the area of the apartment, which is on the 53rd floor of the building, is reportedly 5,384 sq ft.
The Apartment Has Seven Car Parking
According to media reports, Madhuri signed the conveyance deed with the vendor Kailis Land Development Pvt Ltd last month after she paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.4 crore.
The apartment complex overlooks the Arabian Sea and includes other amenities such as a swimming pool, a football pitch, gym, spa and a club.
