Mid-Range Moto G82 5G Smartphone Launched in India


With an aim to woo the Indian consumers, Motorola on Tuesday launched a new smartphone, the Moto G82 5G. It comes with higher refresh rate, multiple storage options with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), 50 MP camera system.

Launched at a starting price of Rs 21,499, the Moto G82 5G comes in two color variants – Meteorite Gray and White Lily. Its sale will start from June 14 on Flipkart, Reliance Digital and major retail stores.

“The Moto G82 5G comes with a revolutionary, flagship-grade 10-bit display that supports an incredible billion colors, which is 64 times more than a standard 8-bit display,” the company said in a statement.

Not only that, the G82 5G features a 120Hz OLED display that is thinner, lighter, more durable and allows for slimmer bezels than traditional AMOLED displays, the company said.

The company claimed that the Moto 82 5G also disrupts the segment, being the first smartphone in its segment to offer a 50MP OIS camera.

OIS enables users to take more stable pictures and videos and also enhances the quality of images in low light conditions.

The 8MP secondary camera acts as an ultrawide as well as a depth sensor, while the dedicated Macro Vision lens allows users to get up to 4x closer to their subjects.

Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G mobile platform with LPDDR4X RAM.

The smartphone comes in two storage options 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB. It has a massive 5000mAh battery with 33W TurboPower charger.
