Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra, who is gearing up for her first action film, Code Name: Tiranga, recently shared that the film is dedicated to the unsung heroes of India. The film also stars Punjabi star Hardy Sandhu.

The actress said in a statement, “‘Code Name: Tiranga‘ is dedicated to all the unsung defenders of India like our brave soldiers, our courageous agents and every single person who has sacrificed everything to protect our nation! I will always I have been greatly influenced by such people throughout my life.”
She further added, “So for me, it is a matter of great pride and honor to do a film in which I pay tribute to these warriors of my country.
Their lives have inspired us to be better human beings and we All are indebted to them for their courage and valor who have saved our country countless times.”
The film is directed by Ribhu Dasgupta, who had earlier directed Parineeti’s streaming film ‘The Girl on the Train’.
‘Code Name: Tiranga’ will hit the theaters on October 14.
