12 years on, renewed hunt for missing Flight MH370 comes up empty as families press for answers

Over a decade after the mysterious disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370, a renewed search effort has failed to locate the aircraft's wreckage. The Air Accident Investigation Bureau reported that marine robotics company Ocean Infinity conducted an extensive underwater survey from March 2025 to January 2026, covering thousands of square kilometers of ocean floor. Despite the comprehensive search, no confirmed evidence of the plane has been found. The flight, which vanished on March 8, 2014, while en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, has left families of the 239 passengers and crew members still seeking closure. This latest search was part of ongoing efforts to uncover the truth behind one of aviation's greatest mysteries, yet the lack of findings has intensified calls from families for further investigations and answers regarding the fate of their loved ones.
