The report reveals that 89% of Indian workers believe AI enhances their productivity, aligning with the views of 60% of employers. Trust and collaboration are pivotal in workplace culture, with 89% of employees trusting their leadership and 88% trusting their colleagues. Despite these positive sentiments, 85% of employers recognize that hybrid and remote work models pose challenges for collaboration, underscoring the need for effective engagement strategies.
