Domestic LPG price hiked by ₹60, commercial cylinder up ₹115 from today — check new rates here

In response to rising global energy costs exacerbated by ongoing conflicts in West Asia, the government has announced a significant hike in Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) prices. From today, the price of domestic LPG cylinders has increased by ₹60, bringing the total cost to a new high. Additionally, the price of commercial LPG cylinders has surged by ₹115. These adjustments are part of a broader trend influenced by international market fluctuations, which have been impacting fuel prices in India. The increase comes at a time when households and businesses are already grappling with inflationary pressures. Consumers are urged to check the revised rates, as these changes are expected to affect budgets nationwide. This hike follows previous adjustments and highlights the ongoing challenges faced by the government in balancing domestic needs with global market conditions. The oil marketing companies are continuously monitoring the situation to ensure supply stability amid the volatile geopolitical landscape.
