PM Kisan 22nd installment delayed — How to track and check payment status

The 22nd installment of the PM-KISAN scheme, designed to provide financial assistance to over 9.3 crore farmers, has been delayed. Launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, this initiative aims to support farmers by directly transferring funds into their bank accounts. To qualify for the financial aid, farmers are required to complete their e-KYC, which can be done through various methods such as OTP verification, biometric identification, or face authentication. This step is crucial for ensuring that beneficiaries remain eligible for the scheme. Farmers can check their beneficiary status online to stay updated on the disbursement schedule and any changes to their eligibility. The government encourages all eligible farmers to complete the e-KYC process to avoid any further delays in receiving the much-needed assistance, especially as agricultural activities ramp up in the country. As the situation develops, more information regarding the timeline for the release of funds will be communicated to the public.
