Quality Care India Limited has announced plans to invest Rs 600 crore in establishing a state-of-the-art healthcare facility in Nagpur. This significant initiative includes the development of a 350+ bed multi-speciality hospital, which is set to enhance healthcare infrastructure in Maharashtra and Central India. The project's letter of acceptance was formalized during the Advantage Vidarbha event, attended by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari. The hospital will be constructed on land provided by Maha-Metro, strategically located near Kasturchand Park Metro Station, a vital urban hub. Quality Care India aims to create a future-ready healthcare facility that not only addresses the immediate medical needs of Nagpur but also serves the surrounding regions. Varun Khanna, Group Managing Director, emphasized the project's role in fostering public-private partnerships to enhance healthcare accessibility and sustainability. The facility is projected to create over 1,500 jobs and will include specialized centers for cardiac sciences, oncology, gastroenterology, trauma care, and neurosciences, thus positioning Vidarbha as a key healthcare destination in Central India.
