This next-generation laptop is rumored to include 12GB of RAM and a potential touchscreen display integrated into its IPS panel, suggesting a significant upgrade in functionality. Additionally, macOS is anticipated to receive optimizations for touchscreen use prior to the device’s launch. However, this innovative laptop is likely still over a year away from release, and Apple's plans could evolve in the meantime. Furthermore, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman has reported that Apple might extend its “Neo” branding to more budget-friendly devices, hinting at a potential rebranding of the Apple Watch SE to Apple Watch Neo.
