The victims included the property owner and a plumber, who were engaged in the maintenance work when they were overcome by the fumes. Emergency services were alerted, but despite their prompt response, the men were declared dead on arrival at a nearby hospital. Local authorities are investigating the incident to determine the exact nature of the gases involved and to ensure that safety protocols are enforced to prevent such occurrences in the future.
