Planning to hold mega ‘Study in India’ event in Dubai around April: Pradhan

Union Minister for Education, Dharmendra Pradhan, has announced plans to host a significant 'Study in India' event in Dubai, tentatively scheduled for April. Originally set to kick off on March 8, the event aims to showcase the educational opportunities available in India and attract international students to its diverse universities. Approximately 30 public and private Indian universities were expected to participate in the promotional campaign. The postponement of the event has been attributed to logistical challenges, but the Ministry of Education remains committed to enhancing India's global educational footprint. This initiative aligns with the government's broader strategy to position India as a leading destination for higher education, drawing international talent and fostering cultural exchange with countries in the Gulf region. The Dubai event is expected to feature presentations, workshops, and opportunities for prospective students to interact with university representatives, thereby providing a platform for informed decision-making regarding their educational pursuits.
